Oppo released two versions of it's flagship device first one being the Find 7 and he other Find 7a - stripped down version of the Find 7.. like the iPhone 5c and the iPhone 5s
And in this article we are going to talk about the Find 7a..
Design Of the 7 and 7a are exactly same and it feels great in the hand, it has a size a little bit larger than the Galaxy Note3. Yes..!! Find 7a is bigger but it it fit's in the hand so perfectly you will not notice that it's that big.
And the reason for that is the the button placement the power or the lock key is on the left and can be easily accessible by people with small hands .. and it is same for the volume rockers on the right side.. Nicely placed.
It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display and the Find 7 has a 5.50-inch 2560 x 1440 display which is also bigger than the Note3's display. and at the bottom the phone there is a notification light which looks pretty cool.
It has a 16GB internal memory expandable upto 128GB and 2GB RAM, running a 2.4GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 801 chip with Adreno 330 GPU , On the back there is a 13MP sensor which is capable of shooting 4k videos and takes really good shots too really quick. and i like it a lot.
On the front it has a 5MP secondary camera .
On the software side it's running Android 4.3 with Oppo color OS it's improved in many ways, like i have said before in don't like any kind of skin on top of stock Android i love the Nexus experience but Color OS is not as bad there are many themes which you can apply and change the look of icons and home screen and there is a jelly bean theme so if you are like me and you can just keep it simple.
And you can assign gestures for different apps so when you swipe down the notification bar from the left side there comes your gesture panel and you are free to swipe in whatever shape you want.
Under the hood there is a 2800mAh removable battery and you might have heard about the really fast charging technology but there is nothing new in that Find 7a just has a beast of a charger it's really really big the regular charger are 1 or 1.5Amp but this charger is of 4Amp which send huge amount of current into the battery and makes it charge fast.. So you have to use the same charger to get that speed... But the battery back up is not that great and all the credit for low battery back goes to the Color OS so Oppo need to work on that so manage things running the background..
So this is it, my first impressions of the Oppo Find 7a review will be up soon so come back again if you want to see that..
Peace...
